These terms govern the use of luvivo.pt and the relationship between Luvivo and the users of the site. By using the site, you accept these terms.
Identification
Luvivo — projeto de Ievgen Keda · Lisboa, Portugal · ola@luvivo.pt
Contact for complaints and information: ola@luvivo.pt.
Current stage of the project
Luvivo is in a pre-launch stage. The first batch of the formulas is being prepared with a certified manufacturer in the European Union.
Until the batch is available, no orders are processed and no amounts are charged. If you try to complete an order, the site tells you the batch is sold out and offers you the option to sign up to be notified.
Products
Luvivo products are complementary feeds for dogs under Regulation (EC) No 767/2009. They are not veterinary medicines, are not intended to prevent, treat or cure disease, and do not replace veterinary care.
The composition, analytical constituents, additives and daily dose by weight of each product are published on its page, before purchase, under Article 11(3) of the same regulation.
Product images are faithful representations of the packaging. Small colour differences may result from your screen.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force. Shipping costs are shown before the order is completed.
At this stage no payments are accepted and no card data is collected anywhere on the site.
Shipping
When sales open, shipping will be by CTT to mainland Portugal, with an indicative time of 24 to 48 working hours, and free shipping on orders over €35.
Right of withdrawal
In distance contracts, the consumer has 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014.
Under Article 17(1)(e) of the same law, that right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened — which is the case for supplement packs whose seal has been broken.
Complaints and dispute resolution
You may complain via ola@luvivo.pt or through the Electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
In a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. The list of available bodies can be consulted at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
Intellectual property
The Luvivo brand, the texts, images and other graphic elements of the site are the property of Luvivo and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Applicable law
Portuguese law applies. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
