For any question about personal data, write to ola@luvivo.pt. We reply within 30 days at most.

What data we collect

Data you give us directly: first name, last name, email, mobile number, address, postcode and city when you fill in the order form, and your email when you join the waiting list.

Data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, visit origin (campaign parameters) and a session identifier generated by the site itself.

We never collect bank card data or details of any other payment method. No field on this site asks for them.

Why we use the data and on what basis

Communication about product availability and the launch offer — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Order preparation and related contact — based on pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Audience and advertising measurement — only if you accept measurement cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Site security and abuse prevention — based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who we share with

Site hosting and delivery: Vercel Inc. (USA), under EU standard contractual clauses.

Transactional and newsletter email: Resend, Inc. (USA), on the same terms.

Sign-up records: Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace / Sheets).

Advertising measurement, only with your consent: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and TikTok Technology Limited (Ireland).

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for purposes other than those described here.

International transfers

Some of the providers above are based outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an applicable adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Waiting-list emails: until you withdraw consent or, at most, 24 months after the last contact.

Order form data: 12 months, after which it is deleted.

Technical and measurement logs: 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to ola@luvivo.pt.

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you may complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD), Av. D. Carlos I, 134 — 1.º, 1200-651 Lisbon, www.cnpd.pt.

Minors

This site is not aimed at people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its update date.
